ABOUT US

After the success in London and Barcelona, and the awaited return home in Napoli, Bellillo lands in Miami.

“From our lands to your hands”

With this motto, we wanted to summarize the values and ideals that our project is based on. Our main goal is to empower the local farmers through the research of raw material of excellence, bringing into your plates the smells and tastes of our lands.

The products we put on our pizzas and share with our customers are taken care of personally by our co-founder and pizza chef Francesco Vigna, who leaves nothing to chance and has extreme attention for every detail…

Our mission is to protect and to promote in the world the heritage of the traditional Neapolitan pizza but living plenty of space for innovation. All this allows us to enhance authentic productions that are organic, seasonal, and more sustainable. From production to manufacturing, simply “From our lands to your hands”.

WHY BELLILLO?

The name Bellillo was taken from the Neapolitan dialect and means “cute”. After thinking about many names to choose from, none too convincing, after hours of assessment our only question was: “Amma truvà nu nomme Bellillo (we must find a cute name)” … and Bellillo it was.
